USD global acquisition, this industry
leader recognized a critical need
to develop a broad cross-section of
high potential middle managers. Simultaneously,
the company wanted to define and build
a new company culture that was independent
of the pre-merger organizations.

to design a 6-day 'internal executive
MBA' incorporating proven frameworks,
internal strategic direction, and
best practices. This program addressed
